What one will notice entering the area of the property is the extensive work that has been done using natural rock, called ‘Siniotiko’, that covers most of the surfaces of the exterior walls. Also covered with rock and pebbles is the interior path that starts at the main entrance, continues to a small block of steps that have been carefully designed to be appropriate for walking and also for the use of a wheel or push chair. The path ends at a small iron gate right in front of the the pebble beach of Krouzeri. Krouzeri beach is full of life in the summer, accommodating many facilities, like water skiing, sports, boat hire etc.

The grounds surrounding the Apartments and Studios consist of an array of olive and other colourful trees, all arranged in a way that offers an excellent exterior decoration, to this already magnificent Corfiot natural setting.
